A&T Group Interiors Launch in Saudi Arabia and Secure New Project

UAE’s leading interior fit-out contractor, A&T Group Interiors have announced that they would be launching new offices and operations this week; offices in Jeddah and Riyadh, and an eatery for western dishes called Catch 22.

The Saudi offices will serve as the hub for the firm's operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The move is a major step forward for A&T Group Interiors in KSA providing a solid platform for further expansion of its KSA business. Following the successful development of operation in the UAE, this strategic step allows A&T Group Interiors to further expand its offerings across the Saudi market where there is a growing need for premier quality interior fit out and other construction services.

In an exclusive interview, A&T Group Interiors Founder and CEO, Tareq Khalafawi explained the company’s motives. He said, "With the rise of construction projects across the nation, there is no surprise that the demand for high-quality fit-out has increased. A&T Group Interiors has been awarded a new F&B contract in Saudi Arabia: a project in Riyadh with the AWJ Investments, situated on The Zone, outdoor mall in Riyadh. Catch 22 meanwhile is a social contemporary eatery that serves an array of Western-inspired dishes.

The scope of A&T Group Interiors’ contract for Catch 22 project includes a full fit out contract for 9400sq foot. Designed by Bishop Design, the fit-out works for the project are scheduled to complete in the middle of March 2019.
