In 2009 Tareq founded and established A&T Group Interiors. Tareq is a true visionary with a background rooted in Architecture. With both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Jordan University of Science and Technology, and a First Grade in Architecture from the Architecture School of Michigan Tareq spent most of his early life between the USA, Jordan and the UAE. Now with an Industry leading reputation Tareq is responsible for developing high quality business strategies at A&T and ensuring there alignment with the company’s objectives. His deep knowledge about the market enables dynamic leadership and a clear insight into all aspects of A&T's business, growth and expansion.

Nick is the key point of contact for A&T's clients during project delivery and execution. With over 20 years of experience in the fit out and construction industry and a verifiable track record for the successful completion of multi-million dirham projects, Nick is well accustomed to developing partnerships and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, vendors, and most importantly clients. His core responsibility is to ensure projects are delivered on time to the highest international standards and within the agreed scope and budget. Nick's past work experience on large infrastructure projects in N. Ireland and the UK contribute to his ability to navigate challenges and lead effectively.

In his role as General Manager at A&T Group Interiors, Wasim heads up business operations in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Suzette graduated from Ateneo De Davao Univeristy in Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Suzette joined A&T Group Interiors as Office Manager back in 2012 and so is considered a real part of the A&T family. With over 19 years of diverse work experience in the field of administration, accounting, client relations, event planning and procurement she has the unique ability to assist different teams with varying tasks. Suzette is on board to assist each A&T department with administrative tasks and ensures that everything is submitted according to deadlines.

Babeesh has excellent field expertise and detailed knowledge of materials, labor and supplies and is a perfectionist at what he does. He is responsible for managing and directing the organization's estimating functions and for the creation and implementation of department standard operating procedures and performance metrics. Specifically Babeesh's role at A&T includes the review and preparation of BOQ's, the preparation of engineer’s estimates and budgets, negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors to negotiate the best pricing for tender plus sub contractor quote evaluation to select suitable sub-contractors and suppliers, attending pre-tender and post-tender site-visits, coordinating with purchasing department & site engineers and overall preparation and submission of tenders.

Vibha graduated from Mahatma Ghandi University, India with a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. She began her career as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE in 2013 and joined A&T Group Interiors in 2015. Vibha is responsible for implementing cost controls and financial control procedures as outlined in construction contracts, implementing commercial & contractual matters within a multi-disciplinary team, analyzing project variations and changes, preparing project reports and analysis information for adjustments to project budget as necessary, measuring works on-site and from drawings including using electronic measurement systems, analyzing and interpreting contract conditions as well as having an overall understanding of the project risks and standard method of measurement of construction works in order to deliver a successful project.

He is responsible for developing and implementing safety programs within the company and ensuring a safer environment on all A&T's construction sites. Thomas is also a certified safety professional with NEBOSH IGC, First Aider, Fire Fighter and Scaffolding Inspector; plus speaks four languages which include English, Hindi, Kanada and Tamil.

Hassan joined A&T Group Interiors as P.R.O and Government Relations Officer in 2014 and is responsible for the application, renewal and update of all workers and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that A&T's records are always up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments. Hassan is A&T's eyes and ears when it comes to Government regulations and always makes sure to stay up to date on all work and migration standards from the government to keep the HR office and employees well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
