In 2009 Tareq founded and established A&T Group Interiors. Tareq is a true visionary with a background rooted in Architecture. With both a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Jordan University of Science and Technology, and a First Grade in Architecture from the Architecture School of Michigan Tareq spent most of his early life between the USA, Jordan and the UAE. Now with an Industry leading reputation Tareq is responsible for developing high quality business strategies at A&T and ensuring there alignment with the company’s objectives. His deep knowledge about the market enables dynamic leadership and a clear insight into all aspects of A&T's business, growth and expansion.

Nick is the key point of contact for A&T's clients during project delivery and execution. With over 20 years of experience in the fit out and construction industry and a verifiable track record for the successful completion of multi-million dirham projects, Nick is well accustomed to developing partnerships and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, vendors, and most importantly clients. His core responsibility is to ensure projects are delivered on time to the highest international standards and within the agreed scope and budget. Nick's past work experience on large infrastructure projects in N. Ireland and the UK contribute to his ability to navigate challenges and lead effectively.

Wasim is a certified Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience and a background rooted in Architecture. Over the course of his career, Wasim has worked on several prestigious projects with high challenging details and for many reputable brands, especially within the retail sector. Wasim was awarded the spirit of Starbucks certificate from the host brand and achieves regular recognition for completing high-quality work with zero snags. In his role as General Manager at A&T Group Interiors, Wasim heads up business operations in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His role includes overseeing A&T's strong team of project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards & specifications. Wasim's deep knowledge about the local market and strong relationships within the region. enable dynamic leadership, efficient project management, and strong opportunities for expansion.

Ruan has over 12 years of sales work experience which covers client engagement, business development and commercial leadership; 8 years of which were in the UAE. Ruan is an energetic team player who understands how to effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment and has a proven track record of achieving consistent sales growth in the construction market in the UAE. At A&T Group Interiors, Ruan is responsible for overseeing major aspects of business development, operations and client management, and is involved in pre-contract activities such as: pre-qualification, bidding, negotiation and management of existing and new client relationships.

Suzette graduated from Ateneo De Davao Univeristy in Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Suzette joined A&T Group Interiors as Office Manager back in 2012 and so is considered a real part of the A&T family. With over 19 years of diverse work experience in the field of administration, accounting, client relations, event planning and procurement she has the unique ability to assist different teams with varying tasks. Suzette is on board to assist each A&T department with administrative tasks and ensures that everything is submitted according to deadlines.

Babeesh has excellent field expertise and detailed knowledge of materials, labor and supplies and is a perfectionist at what he does. He is responsible for managing and directing the organization's estimating functions and for the creation and implementation of department standard operating procedures and performance metrics. Specifically Babeesh's role at A&T includes the review and preparation of BOQ's, the preparation of engineer’s estimates and budgets, negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors to negotiate the best pricing for tender plus sub contractor quote evaluation to select suitable sub-contractors and suppliers, attending pre-tender and post-tender site-visits, coordinating with purchasing department & site engineers and overall preparation and submission of tenders.

Zaid has over 14 years of experience in MEP design and construction management including the design delivery, site supervision, audit, construction progress, handover, variations and value engineering, within Middle East and GCC regions. He has been involved in a number of major construction projects including restaurants, towers, hotels and hospitals. At A&T Zaid works towards ensuring the harmony between the MEP systems and interior design and his responsibilities include managing the execution of the electrical works on all A&T's projects. His extensive work experience and passion for his work enables him to successfully manage, execute and deliver every project to the highest standard.

Jenilyn has led the A&T procurement team since 2014 and has over 15 years of combined experience through all stages of construction, interior fit-out and and building maintenance from the Philippines and UAE. Jenilyn is adept at strategizing, coordinating and planning and her role includes big-picture thinking with the ability to set daily workday goals, work alongside various other departments, iron out contract particulars, ensure materials are received on time and in the quality and cost agreed upon with the client and look for opportunities to reduce cost (without compromising on quality). Overall Jenilyn ensures project objectives remain on track and are completed as efficiently as possible for timely & accurate delivery.

Vibha graduated from Mahatma Ghandi University, India with a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. She began her career as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE in 2013 and joined A&T Group Interiors in 2015. Vibha is responsible for implementing cost controls and financial control procedures as outlined in construction contracts, implementing commercial & contractual matters within a multi-disciplinary team, analyzing project variations and changes, preparing project reports and analysis information for adjustments to project budget as necessary, measuring works on-site and from drawings including using electronic measurement systems, analyzing and interpreting contract conditions as well as having an overall understanding of the project risks and standard method of measurement of construction works in order to deliver a successful project.

Thomas is A&T Group Interiors HSE Professional and brings with him more than eight years of experience in the oil, gas and construction industries in the UAE. Thomas is a multifaceted, self-directed and solution focused individual. He is responsible for developing and implementing safety programs within the company and ensuring a safer environment on all A&T's construction sites. Thomas is also a certified safety professional with NEBOSH IGC, First Aider, Fire Fighter and Scaffolding Inspector; plus speaks four languages which include English, Hindi, Kanada and Tamil.

Belal graduated from Al Najah National University in Nablus, Palestine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Economics & Administration and is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Belal joined A&T Group Interiors in 2019 as the Finance & Accounts Manager and has over 20 years of experience in the financial field. Belal is responsible for developing and maintaining A&T's accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Along with his team, Belal ensures that work is properly allocated and completed on time and in an accurate manner. He possesses excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as a strong understanding of accounting and management principles and financial legislation.

Ryan joined A&T Group Interiors as HR & Administrations Manager in 2014 and works to maintain an organizational culture of high morale. In his 15 years of experience as a HR Manager, and a strong understanding towards developing, improving and handling relationships with human capital. Before joining A&T, Ryan worked in the UAE for companies such as HR Consultancy, EMAAR-Multiforms and Al Rajhi Holdings-Cladtech. At A&T Ryan has been an integral part of the Implementation of the HRIS system, implementation of shared service system related to HR & Admin, plus ISO Implementation & Certifications.

Hassan is qualified in Customer Service and graduated from Dale Carnegie, UAE. Hassan can boast of speaking four languages that include Persian, Arabic, English and Urdu. Hassan joined A&T Group Interiors as P.R.O and Government Relations Officer in 2014 and is responsible for the application, renewal and update of all workers and their dependents’ visas and work contracts on time to guarantee that A&T's records are always up to date in the labor and Immigration Departments. Hassan is A&T's eyes and ears when it comes to Government regulations and always makes sure to stay up to date on all work and migration standards from the government to keep the HR office and employees well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
