Lima Dubai is an exciting extension for LIMA which took London by storm in 2012 and went on to become the first Peruvian restaurant to be awarded a Michelin star. Lima Dubai offers diners an entirely new, fun, relaxed experience in a stylish setting that is refined with a youthful, urban vibe. The 9,800 sq ft restaurant & bar is created from only the finest of materials sourced directly from Peru. The layout offers guests private, formal and semi-formal areas with a fashionable cocktail bar and lounge. Our interior contracting services covered Fit Out, FF&E, MEP, and Lighting, and stylish project features a number of bespoke joinery and metal works, and demonstrates superior craftsmanship throughout. Some areas of note include the striking spiral staircase cladded with veneered MDF panels and supported with metal handrails, bespoke tables built with a combination of stone, timber and metal, a beautiful lava stone bar counter top, decorative ceiling works including powder coated metal frames and fishnet infills, and decorative flooring featuring a combination of intricate parquet tile, and stone tile elements, which are expertly cut to differing sizes throughout. Several of the natural materials used for special finishes, such as marble, fabric and timber, were procured directly from Peru as per the strict brand guidelines. A&T handled the challenging scope within the required timeline by utilizing efficient planning, coordination and project management.
